HOW TO MAKE FUFU FROM BEERAIN WHOLE OAT FLOUR

1: With hot water

  • Add BeeRain Whole Oat Flour into a pot of boiling water
  • Stir continuously using a wooden spatula until it thickens
  • Continue heating while stirring, for few minutes depending on the quantity. You can tell when your fufu is ready

2: Cold Mix –  Stovetop  preparation

  • Add BeeRain Whole Oat Flour into a pot of cold water
  • Mix thoroughly using an egg whisk or fork until the mixture has pancake consistency
  • Place the pot on stove and using a wooden spatula, stir the mixture on high heat
  • Stir continuously until it thickens
  • Continue heating while stirring, for few minutes depending on the quantity. You can easily tell when your fufu is ready

3: Cold Mix –  Microwave preparation

  • Add BeeRain Whole Oat Flour into a microwaveable bowl of cold water.
  • Mix thoroughly using an egg whisk or fork until the mixture has pancake consistency
  • Transfer the bowl containing the BeeRain Whole Oat Flour mixture into the microwave
  • Set to a desired time, depending on the quality (usually 4 to 5 minutes for 2 servings)
  • Remove bowl from microwave and stir with wooden spatula.  If the oat  fufu is ready, you will not see any visible creamy liquid.  When any creamy liquid is seen, it is probably not fully cooked, then reheat
